East Hampton Summer Rental
		The house is located on private drive off of Buell Lane Extension (see map).  It is on a one acre flag lot beautifully landscaped and very secluded.  The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is air-conditioned with its own separate bathroom and cable television. Also on the second floor is an office with a broadband computer for your use. On the first floor is the guest bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with up to date appliances; dishwasher and ice maker and there is an adjacent dining area and large living room.  There is also a furnished patio with BBQ and in the basement there is a clothes washer and drier. The house is available in August weekly. Longer or shorter stays possible. Occupancy is limited to 4 people.
