Intermediate Students
Guide
The
students of intermediate can be categerized in four group:
1)-H.Sc-Pre-Engg.
2)-H.Sc-Pre-medical.
3)-F.Com
4)-F.A
The
first two groups I will discuss in detail here and as I get time I will
give detail about others two.
Pre-Engg. Student
The students of Pre-Engg have got many
choices for their bachelors.
1) If the student want to do his
bachelor in Engg. then he has to chose one of the following disciplane
of Engg. offered by different institiute in Pakistan.These disciplane are:

Computer Engg.(offered by NED,SSUET,UET,GIK)

Electronics Engg.(offered by NED,SSUET,UET,Dawood
College)

Electrical Engg.(offered by NED,UET)
-
Textile Engg.(offered by NED,Faisalabad
University)

Chemical Engg.(offered by KU,Dawood
College)
-
Mechanical Engg.(offered by NED,UET,GIK)
-
Manufacture Engg.(offered by NED only)
-
Civil Engg.(offered by NED,SSUET)
-
Software Engg.(offered by NED,FAST,KU,SSUET)
-
Industrial Electronics (offered by
IIEE)

NED

SSUET =
Sir Syed University of Engg. and Technology,Karachi
UET
= University of Engg. and Technology,Lahore.
GIK
= Ghulam Ishaq Khan institute of Engg.,Islamabad.
2)If the student wants to do his
bachelor in Business Administration then he can do it from following well-known
intstitutes:

LUMS(situated in Lahore)

IBA(situated in Karachi)
-
KU(situated in Karachi)

Lahore University Of Management Sciences.
IBA
= Institute of Business Administration.
KU
= Karachi University.
3)If the student wants to do B.Sc.(Hons)
then he can go to Karachi University-KU. KU has following departments for
B.Sc(Hons):

Chemistry

Appled Chemistry
-
Food Science And Technolgy
Information regarding the admission
procedure can be obtained by the respective department.
4)The Last choice for the student
to do his bachelor is simple B.Sc. from any degree college.
Pre-Medical Students
Pre-Medical Students has got many choices
for their graduation:
1)-They can do M.B.B.S from the
following institute:
Govt.Colleges
-
Dawoo Medical College(DMC).
-
Sindh Medical College(SMC).
-
Karachi Medical and Dental College(KMDC).
Privat Colleges
-
Hamdard Medical College.
-
Baqai Medical College.
-
Agha Khan Medical College.
2)-They can do B.Pharm or B.Sc.(Hons)
in following disciplane from Karachi University :
-
Pharmacy
-
Microbiology
-
Biochemistry
-
Zoology
-
Botany etc.
More information regarding these and
other department can be obtained from the respective department.
3)-They can do simple B.sc from
any degree college.
