Little Jack Ferris Tucker is no more. He departed this life March 15, 1902 after about thirty-six hours illness.
Little Ferris knew but little of this world. His age was nine months and seven days.
He was the only son of J.G. and J.A. Tucker. He was a sweet and good little child and almost the idol of the family. Those c(unreadable) who have given up such jewels can sympathize with Brother and Sister Tucker in their sad bereavement. Theire loss is His gain. Little Farris will never know the sorrows of this earth, but enter early into the joys of Heaven where no sorrow can ever come. So weep not for Little Farris, for he is not lost, but only gone home before you ad with little white hands extend from the jasper walls of the Celestial City of our God bids you come home. Here he wore the mortal for a short time; there he will wear the immortal forever. He was sweet in the earthly; he is beyond description in the Heavenly.
Think of him only as in the very best place and state.
