Romeo Must Die Soundtrack Boasts Aaliyah, DMX Collaboration

Romeo Must Die has already secured rapper DMX and R&B singer Aaliyah for a gang-banging action flick on the big screen, but now Romeo Must Die: The Album has its own share of the bragging rights pie.

The soundtrack, set for release March 21 on Blackground Records, features "Come Back in One Piece," a Aaliyah/DMX collaboration -- one of three new tracks by Aaliyah on the album. The soundtrack also features new tracks by Ginuwine ("Simply Irresistible"), Timbaland & Magoo ("We at It Again"), Mack 10 ("Thugs"), and Destiny's Child ("Perfect Man").

Aaliyah, who makes her film debut in the movie, will have first single honors for "Try Again," with a video directed by Wayne Isham on the way as well.

Romeo Must Die will hit theaters March 24. The action drama, starring Aaliyah, Jet Li, Isaiah Washington, and Russell Wong, tells the story of two families caught up in a brutal gang war. Here is the full track listing for Romeo Must Die: The Album:
