April 9, 2000 Day number 11 |

To day was a good day. I did all of my excersing, and I feel great! I ate healthy, and I drank so much water I am probally going to be up half the night! I did 35 minutes on the tredmill. Our tredmill guess the cals you burn by your weight, speed, time and so on and so forth. But it only goes to 199 lbs. I weigh 238 last I checked. I walked over 2 1/2 miles and burned 764.8 cals. Probally more but ya know! |

Then did some weight lifting, sit ups, leg lifts, deep knee bends, stuff like that for about twenty minutes. My problem is I get hungry late at night, I am a night owl (I go to school at night, excersie at night, and used to eat at night.) But I am trying not to eat late. We are lucky enough to have a work out room at our home with the tredmill weights and a tv and vcr. So I put in a tape of Hanson (My fave band) and just go at it. Well thanks for reading about my boring little life and my boring weight loss problem. Oh yeah I go to the doctor Tue. for a routine physical so I will get weighed. The moment of truth.... Have I lost anything? I think so! |

Today was harder on me for some reason. I guess it's because I had so many things that must be done. I have alot of stuff on my mind. But thats okay I went to class last night and got home around 10 ate dinner ( I know it was late and your not supposed to eat past 6 but what am I too do when I go to class from 5-9:30? So I waited a little while and then headed out to the old treadmill poped in a tape and started walking. Did 35 minutes burned 767.7 cals, and then did 20 minutes of toning excersies. But its okay. Tomorrow will be worse than today, I have to take my dog to the vet go and get some shots, study for a mid term go to school, and then come home and excersie and watch Val on OPRAH (way to go Val! =0) But for know I gatta run just wanted to let you know I did what I was supposed to and excersised!!! |
