1. Except for the brushes and patterns used in graphics,I made these graphics 100% by myself in PSP 9. That means that everything here is linkware,which means you MUST give a link back to me if you are going to use any of the graphics. There is no excuse not to,because I even provided a text link for those of you don't like buttons.

2. You may use any of the tutorials I have,but do NOT copy them. If you are going to make a tutorial on the same thing,it has to be in your own words,not mine.

3. DO NOT DIRECT LINK TO THE IMAGES!!!!!
You must upload the graphics you use to your own server. Not knowing how is NOT an excuse,because I give you instructions on how to upload to your own server on the wallpapers page.

4. Click the period at the end of this sentence to go to the graphics.

5. Although I would prefer you didn't,if you want to use my premade layout coding as a base for your website layout,you can do so as long as you link back to me on every page where the layout code is used.

6. I take requests,but I can't guarantee when they can be done. I won't personalize your request either,(ex: you request a layout and want your site's name on it)because these codes are availible for EVERYONE to use. If you want to request something,click here. Be sure to include details like what color & theme you want it to be. If you don't give enough details,I won't make your request.

7. Do not steal anything in the premade layout coding. If you REALLY need something in the code,just email me for it! If you want the javascripts in the layouts,you can go to javascript kit or hypergurl to get them,because that is where I got them.
