[ rules ]

ok everyone, I've tried to keep the rules short and sweet for your reading pleasure. if you don't read them, I will be able to tell, and I'll have to dump your application [ you will be able to apply again, though ]:

[ 1 ] sorry, but you must have a lotr site to apply to be a keeper. your site cannot have one picture or one page dedicated to the lotr - the whole site must be based on the lotr in some way, whether it be a blog, fansite, gallery site, etc.

[ 2 ] you may request to be a keeper of whatever you want, but keep Legolas' and Orli's 'private areas' out. just in case Orli visits this site, I don't want him to blush.

[ 3 ] you can only be the keeper of ONE thing of either Legolas OR Orli, but not both. (for example, you cannot own Legolas' pants AND Orli's hair) this way, everyone gets a fair chance to own something

[ 4 ] although you can only keep one item, you may put three items you'd like to keep in order from your number one choice to third choice. if it's available, you'll get your number one choice

[ 5 ] you cannot be the keeper of something someone else is the keeper of. however, it's ok if you ask to keep something someone already has - I'll just tell you that item is already taken (I don't expect you to search through the keepers list and make sure your requests aren't taken - that's just stupid and a waste of time!)

[ 6 ] if your request is acceptable, I will make you a banner to put up (preferably on you splash or main page) if you request one. please provide a link back to immortal fair through the banner so others can find the site

[ 7 ] please type 'I'll have some of that!' in the comments section of the application form so I know you've read the rules

[ 8 ] have fun and be creative with your keepers requests! that way, you'll have a better chance of getting what you want.

these rules are subject to change as time goes on... I'll see how well they work
