Love, Chance and a Galaxy at War Ch 1  Ch 2  Ch 3 
Now complete.  Romance, adventure and Imperial philosophy!   Officers in GA Thrawn's battle group encounter a ship carrying a mysterious princess and her escort.  There's plot, there's action, this is a cool story and worth reading!  

On the Piett page I added the two new trading cards with the new name.  

Admiral Vaccen finds himself keeping order in a tiny outlying corner of the reduced Empire, but he is needed there.  These are good stories, but I haven't been able to contact the author to ask if I can archive them here!  So for now, you'll have to wade through the replies at tf.n message boards.  Here's the First Story, and the Sequel 

Why Imperial Officers Do Not Socialize  
Ozzel invites Piett, Needa and Veers to his quarters for drinks.  You know I usually take a REALLY dim view of most Imperial "humor", but this one... well, I laughed!  Go have a look.  

Magnificent Shades of Grey, by sleepy owlet
Not exactly glorifying the Empire as per my charter, but interesting characters and setting.  Author blurb:   
An artist from Alderaan comes to Coruscant to exhibit her paintings.  She meets interesting people along the way (Thrawn, Xizor, Vader) finds out that she's a bastard daughter of Tarkin, the Emperor finds out that she's Force sensitive and wants her trained or killed, Tarkin is everything but pleased about this quasi friendship she strikes up with Thrawn...

Imperial-leaning politician gives a speech exposing the New Republic and its true past.  Our side of the Truce at Bakura! 

Incident at Nijmegen  
Redone found us this fanfic about Piett and Veers helping Vader escape.   The beginning's cool, with a fascinating premise on board an ISD; later on it gets a bit... Dutch.  

Survivor chapter 17 updated.  Can't wait for more!  

The Imperial Officers page has been updated with various items.  

Newly found Tarkin story Unrequited.  Interesting, original adventure with a hint of romance, written for a challenge.   Slight grossness warning; there's just one line you might need to close your eyes when you get to.  

Emperor declares, "War on terror not yet over."
Not new, apparently; when I went looking on the net for attribution, I couldn't figure out which of a thousand copies was the original.  Well, I needed a copy for myself.

The PR Man
It's a funny ficlet about Mr. Halbstraum the PR man, who encourages Tarkin, Piett and Needa to remake their images before meeting the Earthlings.  Then it turned into a round robin.  It was fun!  It could have gone somewhere.  It might go somewhere yet.

Updated!  Chapter Sixteen's been out a while, I just didn't update because [lame excuses go here].  Sorry, sorry.

Oops, some broken sounds files.  They were there all along, I just can't link to Geocities files the way I was doing it.  You can find them all in this directory if you don't want to browse around again.  Hit the back button when you're done.  

Hand of Thrawn website is back up, but Bucketheads is down, waaah!  I saved some of Bucketheads' Stormtroopers pinups calendar pages on my hard drive, though, so if anybody desperately needs those, I can always mail them to you.

Where have I been?  Where have I been?  No, where did Geocities go!!  Now they won't let me upload with FrontPage any more!  After all that trouble to switch to it.  And I'm in a grand sulk.   They want me to buy their premium hosting; of course being a stubborn little brat, I'll do anything else but that.  I think what I'm gonna do is leave the whole site here for Google to find, but make the top links direct to my personal ISP, where I can put the new stuff.  How's that, should work for now, huh?  

Meanwhile I strolled by Bucketheads and found something new and amusing, the Stormtrooper paper doll!!  You must try this.
