Article 12 - Impeachment/Expulsion
12.01 Any member may lose the support of the Society and be impeached/expelled if for any reason they fail to represent the Society in an appropriate manner. This will be by a seventy-five (75) percent vote of the members present at a closed meeting duly constituted for that purpose.
12.02 The Executive shall cause to send written notice to the said member of all charges to be made at the meeting convened to determine the expulsion of that member. This written notice shall be given to the member no less than seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
12.03 A member shall have the right to be represented at a meeting that is convened for expulsion. All charges shall be made at this time and the member and/or representative may defend their actions prior to a vote on expulsion.
