Article 14 - Vacant Executive Positions
| 14.01 | Should an elected position on the Executive become vacant, the Executive shall, at its discretion: 1. Appoint another member of the Executive to carry out the responsibilities of the vacant position. 2. Appoint a member of the Society to fill the vacancy. 3. Request the membership to elect a new member to the Executive. 4. Leave the position vacant. |
