Article 8 - Meetings
| 8.01 | All meetings shall be conducted according to the spirit of Robert's Rules of Order with the Chairperson casting the deciding vote. |
| 8.02 | The Constitution shall supersede Robert's Rules of Order. |
| 8.03 | Executive meetings shall be held not less than once per month with written or verbal notification given by the Chairperson no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior. |
| 8.04 | An executive meeting may be called by any member who petitions the Chairperson forty-eighty (48) hours prior to the calling of that meeting. |
| 8.05 | General meetings shall be held not less than twice (2) per year. Notification of general meetings shall be sent with the newsletter or under separate cover to all members in good standing no less than ten (10) days prior to that meeting. |
| 8.06 | Members may petition the Chairperson for a general meeting by submitting a written petition with the signatures of no less than ten (10) percent of the members in good standing. |
| 8.07 | This general meeting shall be held within twenty-one (21) days of receipt by the Chairperson of the petition requesting such a meeting. |
| 8.08 | A quorum for the transaction of business at any general meeting shall be the lesser of fifteen (15) members or fifty (50) per cent of the eligible members. |
| 8.09 | A quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting of the Executive shall be fifty (50) percent of the Executive members. |
| 8.10 | The Emperor, Empress, Treasurer, Secretary, Co-Chair and two (2) members from the College of Monarchs shall have one (1) vote each at Executive meetings. |
| 8.11 | The Chairperson shall hold no vote at Executive or General meetings unless a vote results in a tied or locked vote and then the Chairperson shall be entitled to one (1) vote to break the tie. |
| 8.12 | No Council member shall hold more than one (1) vote. |
| 8.13 | Issues not resolved by the Executive Council shall be taken to the College of Monarchs for advice. |
| 8.14 | Issues not resolved after advice from the College of Monarchs shall be resolved by the membership. |
| 8.15 | Voting on any issues shall only be done at meetings, not by telephone. |
| 8.16 | Smoking shall be prohibited at all General and Executive meetings. |
