Article 12 - Impeachment of a Member of the Executive
All By-laws are numbered sequentially. All new By-laws will continue in this sequence.
At the end of each By-law, in square brackets [ ], there is the original Constitutional Article number.

24 An executive member may be removed from their position by a seventy-five (75) percent vote of the members in good standing who are in attendance at a closed meeting specially convened for this purpose. [12.01]
25 An Executive member shall have the right to representation at a special duly constituted meeting. All charges shall be made at this meeting and they shall have the right to defend their actions. [12.03]
26 Written notice of all charges to be made at a closed meeting shall be given to the said Executive member no less than seven (7) days prior to this meeting by the Chairperson. [12.02]
27 An Executive member removed shall retain their membership within the Society. [n/a]
