Suspension.
Updated 02/27/00
This part is taking longer than I thought. I am still working on the suspension at this point and it is going very slowly. First of all I am having problems getting parts that are not on back order, which really sucks. Ccurrently my body bushings have been on b/o since early January. So a word of advice when ordering parts for your classic, order as soon as you know what you want, don't wait.
Hear are some pictures of the Suspension as it was a few weeks ago. I would have had more pictures except the roll of film was rewound after the 14 pictures. Currently I am focusing on the rear part of the car, the front is completely done.
Also here is some more advice, don't take your newly powdercoated control arms to a crappy tire shop to get your new bushings pressed in. I was expecting a few chips and scratches on the A-arms but not this bad. One of the bushing sleeves is almost totally crushed and another upper bushing had to be tapped because the inner slleve was completely stripped. The guy at the shop had no explanation.
Here are some more pictures of the engine tear down as well. As you can see its ready to be re-assembled at any moment. I will be getting more pictures when the engine is put together. Stay tuned.
