I received a first class honours degree in Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Leicester in 2002, coming top in the entire year.

I was awarded the British Computer Society (BCS) award for the best student graduating in Electronics and Software Engineering at Leicester University in 2002.

I received Leicester University Engineering Association Project Presentation prize for the second best oral presentation, in 2002,  for my third year project. The prize includes five year free membership of the association.

I was awarded Dunlop Polymer Engineering Division prize for the best performance in the second year examination leading to the B.Eng. degree in 2001.

I received a scholarship to accomplish a project on Natural Language Processing (NLP), a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI), at Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, during summer 2001.
