x 1st of all you have to have a site, if not what am i supposed to judge?

x it must be a Orlando Bloom related site. i will have a category for sites that are about movies where Orlando Bloom has a role e.g LOTR and POTC

x what else? defintely no porn / hatred or anything else like that in your site.

x you must have a code linking back to my site! if you nominate your site and there is no code i will email you and ask you if you want to continue with the nomination, i'm not mean enough to just drop you! what kind of person do you think i am???

x you can submit your site into as many categories as you like! BUT if you win an award in a category then you have to wait 1 round before you submit again.

x please don't nominate sites if you arn't the webmaster/mistress! if you think that a certain site deserves an award then contact them and please tell them.

x last one i swear!!! so that i know that you have read the rules please enter "pie" where it says "yummy" on the nomination form.
