En este lugar se fabrica el queso emmenthal y una serie innumerable de quesos que pueden ser degustados en el mismo lugar, además de observar y conocer como se fabrica tanto por observación directa como por sistema de audio-video en todos los idiomas. Se conserva herramientas y forma de preparar el queso emmenthal en forma artesanal, actualmente solo se hace en forma industrial.
In this place an innumerable series of cheeses makes the emmenthal cheese and that can be tasted in the same place, besides to observe and to know as so much by direct observation as by audio-video system makes in all the languages. One conserves tools and it forms to prepare the emmenthal cheese in artisan form, at the moment single becomes in industrial form.
Es una ciudad muy bonita la cruza un río, ví muchos cisnes y patos en su estado natural y libremente. Un entorno muy bonito de jardines, y casas, me llamó la atención el castillo como de cuentos que se ve al fondo.

Es una ciudad absolutamente diferente, concentra fábricas, bancos, comercio más exclusivo, me sentía presionada por el apuro del gentío, el transporte mareante. Lo único que me relajó fue observar el río que cruza esta ciudad.

Cada centímetro de Suiza, parece ser tan cuidado, sus bosques y sus ríos hacen de este lugar como una verdadera alfombra verde, excepción hecha en Zurich.
