I am a teacher of workshops and seminars on the human mind, soul and spirit.  This involves how to discover and utilize the operative mind (that part of the mind that truly runs our lives) in such a manner so as to make it work for you rather than against you.  In other words, how to have a dominion in life rather than be dominated by it...to enjoy it instead of endure it.  This approach deals with the Dynamics of Life, which are to our inner being what the laws of physics are to the physical realm around us.  These Dynamics have been culled from various fields:  analogical psychology, neuro assimilative processing, assorted spiritual disciplines, kijutsu (an ancient, esoteric internal discipline), and a variety of psychological schools of thought.

I am a public speaker, artist, actor, and a lover and explorer of life.  My travels and speaking engagements have taken me to Europe, Great Britain, Canada, and the United States.  I enjoy the arts, music of all sorts (with the exception of hard rock and country western), nature, meditation, dancing, reading (mostly nonfiction), socializing, meeting new people, solitude, comedy and good movies (of every genre).

I was born on November 18,1945 in Indiana.  I am a divorced man with four children ages 22 - 29 (three boys and one girl), and have two and one half grandchildren (third one due in July, 1999).
I am currently writing a book on the topic of the human mind, soul and spirit, tentatively entitled one of the two following ways:
           1.   Near Life Experiences:  tapping into who you really are, instead of who you think you are.
           2.   It is sure to be dark if you close your eyes.

                      UNTITLED

Criticize, criticize too much of the time
Never realizing that we are committing a crime;
Not against others, good heavens no!
The crime we commit is against our own soul.

It's cancerous grip takes hold within
With the poisonous venom known only as sin.
It feeds that monster:  hideous pride.
Never guessing a part of us has truly died.

How do we, how do we escape its grim hand?
By taking a moment to so understand
That allowing others to be human then we
In an instant are truly, are truly, set free!

Consider, consider which path would you take?
Whose life you'd destroy; whose life you would make?
And know for a certainty that in letting go
That then both yourself and others would know...
              LIFE!

                               REMEMBERING YOU

Have you ever walked through a field of high grass, and once through it noticed a mulutitude of cockleburs and stickers clinging to your garments?

Time spent with you has the same effect on me:  when we part, numerous thoughts of you stick to my mind..................romanticpoetman

          MORE AWESTRUCK

No clouds of pain and disappointment,
Betrayal and agony
Can hide the sun within your soul
Shining brightly as can be.

The pressures that you felt in life
(and in number not a few)
Has changed the coal within your heart
To a diamond brilliant blue.

I count myself priv'liged indeed
To have crossed your path in life;
And this is my sincerest wish:
A quick ending of your strife.

And yet I know that cannot be,
For in life there must be pain;
The desert only has all sun,
But a garden must have rain.

So may your flowers get that rain
In order to root and grow,
And only enough to do just that
Yet more may you never know.

                AWESTRUCK

With words I water the hearts of people.
Sometimes I ease their strife;
In meeting you, you gave me to drink,
Not words, but of your life.

You opened your heart a little bit.
I glimpsed the path you trod,
The sign posts read along the way:
"This path doth lead to God"

Considering you, I am ashamed.
I hide my face from sight.
My soul is clad in shades of grey;
Yours clad in garments white.

I consider carefully your life,
How you took root and grew;
And it stirred desire within me:
I would be planted, too.
