Sec. 2. Monthly Reports. All Ministries and Society Houses (Mansions) 
must send monthly reports and returns to The Headquarters (SON).

Sec. 3. Names and Addresses of All Ambassadoral Officers and Ministers. 
The names and addresses of all ambassadoral officers and ministers of 
all ministries and society houses (mansions) must be filed at the 
headquarters (SON). It is the duty of the ministry and society house 
(mansion) to send this information to the headquarters (SON) within 
ten business days from the date of election.

Sec. 4. Time and Place of Regular Mettings. All ministries and 
society houses (mansions) will inform the Headquarters (SON) of 
their time and place of regular meetings.

Sec. 5. Oath of Ministry (Office). Each elected ambassadoral 
officer and minister will take the following Oath of Ministry 
(Office) before he is installed: (Repeat, with right hand upraised.)

I, (Full Name)___________________________________________, In Truth 
do affirm to uphold, defend and protect the New Covenant of 
The Conquering Lion of The Tribe of Judah Mission, Incorporated 
to the Glory of Our Father, QEDAMAWI HAYLE SELLASSIE through the 
New Commandment of Our Sovereign and Saviour YE'NAZRÊT IESUS, 
The CHRIST (Ie-sus Christ) within I to "Love One Another." 
I covenant to keep the instruction of Our Father and the law of 
Our Mother. I covenant to learn, live and respect One Ethiopic 
culture in respect of One Zionist culture. I hereby covenant to 
learn Our true history, use and develop of Our own new Ethiopic 
language through His Imperial Majesty, The First Hayle Sellassie's 
1961 a.d. Authorized Amharic Holy Bible, known as "The Book of the 
Seven Seals" as revealed to the Rastafari of the western exile in 
1991 a.d. by Inde-Rasê, Iadonis Hayle-Yesus Sellassie, Our Brethren 
by faith. I pledge in Truth to perform faithfully all the duties of 
my office and ministry to the best of my ability. So help I Good 
of all my ancestors and ascendants.

Sec. 6. Admission of New Members. Each new member will make the 
following pledge: (Repeat, with right arm upraised.)

I pledge in Truth to do all that I Am able to in fulfilling the aims 
and objectives of the New Covenant of The Conquering Lion of The 
Tribe of Judah Mission, Incorporated to the Glory of Our Father, 
QEDAMAWI HAYLE SELLASSIE through the New Commandment of Our 
Sovereign and Saviour YE'NAZRÊT IESUS, The CHRIST within I. I will 
abide by its Constitution and By-Laws.

Sec. 7. Appointment of Ministries. The Presiding Ambassadoral 
Minister (IndeRasê) will appoint the Chairperson and members of all 
Ministries, except in cases where provision is made in the 
Constitution for the election of members to any Ministry.

Sec. 8. Removal of Officers/ Ministers. The Presiding Ambassadoral 
Minister (IndeRasê) will have the right and responsibility to remove 
any officer and/or minister from an appointive office and/or ministry.

Sec. 9. All members, ministries, units and special committees must 
submit their suggestions, recommendations, findings, and reports to 
the Executive Ministry for approval, before such suggestions, 
recommendations, findings and reports will be presented to the general 
assembly of Society House and/or local representative body of members.

Sec. 10. Application for Charter. All applications for charters will 
be made to the Executive Ministry of  The Conquering Lion of The Tribe 
of Judah Mission, Incorporated (SON), on prescribed Application forms. 
These forms may be obtained from the Headquarters upon request.

Sec. 11. No Minister, Officer or Member will discuss the Internal 
Business of  The Conquering Lion of The Tribe of Judah Mission, 
Incorporated (SON) in public, or with any person or persons who are 
not active members of the Mission.

Sec. 12. Expense of Delegates. Each mansion (society house) and 
ministry will bear the expense of its own delegates and special 
representatives, and should in case it is found necessary for the 
Executive Ministry to send a special delegate(s) to any local 
representative body/ society house, That local may be required to 
pay the expenses of the delegate(s).
