The hour has come and the age has reach upon us as Sovereign peoples 
to affirm our Universal Right as a Sovereign Nation and People 
of His Imperial Majesty THE FIRST HAILE SELLASSIE, the King of 
Kings of Ethiopia to Our own currency of business, commerce, 
trade and transaction globally. Therefore, We have made it 
known and effective immediately to initiate and reinstitute 
the currency of H.I.M. and His Sovereign peoples at home and abroad. 
As His Majesty advises us, saying, "Agerina Tareek Aymotim, 
Yetareekinim Kibr lemeet'ibqew tiwlid neuw," COUNTRY AND HISTORY 
DOESN'T DIE, THE GLORY OF HISTORY IS FOR THE GENERATION THAT KEEPS IT. 
This inspirational word of wisdom has become our motto and mantra 
in this renewal of the King of Kings His Imperial Majesty THE FIRST 
HAILE SELLASSIE Sovereign Government in the 68th year of the 
New Imperial Age (NIA).

The New Currency (NC) and Money Mint are based upon the principles 
of that "Elijah" and "John the Baptist" Our predecessor the 
R. H. Marcus Mosiah Garvey and the Promise Key by Gangunguru 
Maragh better known as one of the first proclaimers of the 
RAS TAFARI movement of His Imperial Majesty THE FIRST HAILE 
SELLASSIE's peoples, the martyr Leonard P. Howell (G.G. Maragh). 
His work on Ethiopic Sovereignity "The Promise Key" outlines the 
foundation upon "King Alpha and Queen Omega are the Pay Masters of 
the world, Bible owners and money mint. Do not forget they are 
Black (Ethiopic) Peoples, if you please." 

The NC and MM are will reinstitue and establish the rates of trade 
and interest for all denominations of Bills and Coins of the 
Sovereign Government of His Imperial Majesty THE FIRST HAILE 
SELLASSIE. The tree foundations and pillars of the Renewal of 
the Government of His Imperial Majesty THE FIRST HAILE SELLASSIE 
are fulfilled by the Lion of Judah Mission Inc. according to 
Ethiopic Sovereignity:

			 3. MONEY MINT

Investment in the NC and MM in its beginning stages will be based 
upon raw materials and industry through means of barter, trade 
and free will loans. Through the Ark of Maryam Church and Society, 
the many uses of Hemp: Cannibis Sativa will be initiated globally 
in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 
(UDHR). Special Ministries and Committes will be activated to 
facilitate the establishment of the monetary rates of exchange for 
all denominations of the Sovereign Nation of His Imperial Majesty 
THE FIRST HAILE SELLASSIE through the Lion of Judah Dominion and 
Ecclesiastical Sovereignity and peoples throughout the world. The 
first printed money and all subsequent Bills (with the exception of 
prototypes) will be made of hemp fibers and encoded with security 
features in accordance with the directives of the Executive 
Ministry (EM) and Executive Treasury (ET). In addition, the ET will 
distribute electronic barter/trade/credit cards which will be good 
for all exchange and otherwise "monetary transactions" within the 
Lion of Judah Dominion and Ecclesiastical Sovereignity and peoples 
throughout the world. Conversion systems will be activated through 
the Imperial Banking System (IBM) to negotiate and "translate" 
investments from other currencies and value systems for those 
sovereign citizens who authrorize to exclusively do business, 
commerce, trade or any other form of otherwise "monetary 
transactions." All investments such as Sovereign Investment Funds 
(SIF) will be exchanged through the Imperial Banking System of the 
Executive Treasury and issued in the appropiate denomination of 
Bills and Coins of His Imperial Majesty THE FIRST HAILE SELLASSIE.

We seek to demonstrate that We are a stable and peaceful political 
organization founded upon Biblical principles. The Lion of Judah 
Dominion and Ecclesiastical Sovereignity and peoples throughout the 
world will, by the help of His Imperial Majesty THE FIRST HAILE 
SELLASSIE, through Our Sovereign and Svaiour IESUS KRISTOS will 
accomplish this work and initiate the prophecised Millenium of the 
Son of Man, His Imperial Majesty THE FIRST HAILE SELLASSIE. 
	
For the basis of Our Sovereignity please refer to the "Declaration of 
Sovereignty" and "Constitution", as well as the forthcoming Acts, 
i.e. the "Banking Act of 1993", "Insurance Act of 1993" and 
"Companies Act of 1993" (according to the Ethiopian calender year) 
which will be reproduced all as amended and supplemented to this 
and subsequent Imperial Drafts and Reports from the Executive 
Mansion, Ministries, Committees and other active participants in 
the NC and MM of the Lion of Judah Dominion and Ecclesiastical 
Sovereignity and peoples throughout the world.

THE FOLLOWING APPENDEX WILL CONTAIN SAMPLES OF THE BARTER CARD (BC) 
AND "AND BIRR" ONE DOLLAR BILL (AB) OF OUR NEW CURRENCY CALLED 
THE EBN (ETHIOPIC BANKING NOTE).
