At this place two younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji (10th Guru of Sikhs), Sahibzada Zorawar Singh & Sahibzada Fateh Singh, who were 9 years and 7 years of age, respectively were bricked alive in a wall at Sirhind, then beheaded on December 27, 1705, by the order of the Governor, Wazir Khan, on refusing to leave Sikh faith & convert to Islam.
