IButton based Personal Identification System
For use in offices, the iBPIS stores personnel information on the Maxim iButton; the data then can be displayed on a PC or hand-held device through an IR link. The system consists of three modules: the 68HC908QT4-based iButton user module (iBU), the iButton enquiry module (iBE), and iButton programming module (iBP).

E field Touch Keyboard
The E-Field Touch Keyboard eliminates mechanical keyboard switches. Two thin, triangular electrodes are connected together to form a matrix of nine columns and four rows. The electrodes sense the presence of finger near a particular key, and send a signal to the e-field sensor board. The MC68HC908QY4 MCU decodes and identifies the key and sends the data to the PC either as a PS/2-compatible signal or serial signal.
