Bio

Harrison Ford, now one of the biggest Hollywood stars of all time. He is credited to dozens of movies, most of which are extremely popular. Son of an Irish father and Russian mother, Ford was born on July 13th, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois. His first acting role came to him in 1967 for the film, "A Time for Killing," but his first claim to fame role was the not-so-charming but handsome Han Solo, in "Star Wars: A New Hope," in 1977. Five roles and 3 years later, he returned to the big screen as Han in "The Empire Strikes Back," and then was called in by his buddy George Lucas to play Indiana Jones in "Raiders of the Lost Ark." Ford finished the "Star Wars" series in 1983 with "Return of the Jedi," and then starred again as Indy in "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" the next year. He finished his role as the action/adventure star in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" in 1989. Dozens of roles later, Harrison Ford is still one of the most popular stars, staring in later films like "Air Force One," "The Fugitive," "Blade Runner," and "Clear and Present Danger."

At 59, Harrison Ford is the envy of most men his age, still making movies, and still not looking that old. His latest role was the role of Dr. Norman Spencer in the thriller "What Lies Beneath," which goes down in history as Ford's only prominent role as "the bad guy." Damn, he scared the crap outta me in that movie. Rumor has it that George Lucas and Co. have it in for Ford in a forth Indiana Jones movie, proving that Indy will never go down.
