Public Notice No. 14/2000

Sub : Annual Subscription of the computerised Daily Lists of Imports & Exports Trade Traffic in respect of Calcutta Sea Port, Calcutta International Airport for the year 2000 - regarding.

        It is hereby notified for information of Members of Trade, Business and the Public that the computerised daily list of Imports and Exports Trade Traffic originating from Calcutta Sea Port, Calcutta International Airport will be available for the subscribers.

2.    The modified subscription rates effective from 01.01.2000 from the date of deposit of subscription are as under.

Total Sea Exports          : Rs. 9,000/- Total Sea Imports          : Rs.10,000/- Total Air Exports           : Rs.7,000/- Total Air Imports           : Rs.8,000/-

The portion available on floppies will have to be taken on floppies and the rest, photocopied; floppies have to be provided by the Customers.

4. As demanded by subscribers, a monthly rate of subscription has also been fixed which are as under :-

Monthly Sea Exports          : Rs. 900/- Monthly Sea Imports          : Rs.1,000/- Monthly Air Exports           : Rs.700/- Monthly Air Imports           : Rs.800/-

5.    Organisations, bodies and individuals, desirous of subscribing to these daily lists, may remit the amount of subscription in the form of an "account payee" demand draft drawn in favour of Commissioner of Customs, Calcutta, indicating the full postal address of the subscribers of the copies of the daily lists. All correspondence may be addressed to the Assistant Commissioner ( Publication ), Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Calcutta-700001 in this regard.

6.    Erstwhile subscribers who subscribed for the year 1999 are requested to renew their subscription by remitting the charges for the year 2000. They are also requested to call on Asstt. Commissioner (Publication), in case of clarification, if any.
