Notification under Section 8 of Customs Act, 1962

        By virtue of powers vested in me under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, A.K. RAHA, Commissioner of Customs (Port), Calcutta hereby approve 3rd Oil Jetty of Haldia Dock Complex, adjacent to Jawahar Tower Building at Haldia, within the limit of Calcutta Port Trust for the unloading and loading of goods from and upon the vessels respectively.
