Subject : Checking of Identity cards & visitor's passes during movement in work places of Custom House/Air Cargo Complex etc. - Reg.   

    Attention of Importers/Exporters, Custom House Clearing Agents and all other concerned  is drawn regarding checking of Identity Cards, visitor's pass during their movement in various work places. To check movement of unauthorised/ unscrupulous persons, all concerned are requested to show their Company Identity Cards/ CHA Licence or any documents by which the person concerned is identifiable before entering into various work places of Customs. The person having no such document can also enter into the work places only after endorsing his/her name, purpose of visits etc. in a register to be kept in PRO's office.

    All concerned are directed to follow the above instructions scrupulously.
