         Sub : Removal of empty containers lying outside Customs Area – reg

               In partial modification of existing procedure in the above subject, the following modification is notified for the information and guidance of Steamer Agents, Main line operator, Importers, Exporters, Clearing Agents and all other concerned.   

               Henceforth no removal applications are required to be filed in Container Cell, Custom House for removal of empty containers lying outside Customs area.     

               The procedure will be effected immediately.
