Mindless act: As staines and his sons (above) tried to come out of the jeep, they were hacked by the person wielding the axe.

The CBI report states that the BJP MP from Keonjhar, Upendra Naik, and local BJP leaders helped Dara Singh get bail on the many occasions he was arrested.

CBI-Orissa police report on stains killing which is in the possession of "The Week", reveals Dara Singh's links with Sangh Parivar outfits. The Wadhwa commission ignored the report in arriving at its conclusions.

The conclusions are based on circumstantial evidence and eyewitness statements, which according to senior CBI officers the Wadhwa Commission chose to ignore.
