There are many ways... |
The basic idea is to get out of the rat race or donkey race as I would say.
The Donkey Race
|
In our way of earning money, we do not get the money. Yes, I would say we are donkeys.
Here is a table to illustrate my point.
Look carefully what happens when you earn RM 1000, RM 1500, RM 2000 or RM 4000 through out your career
The expenditures are just examples, real life expenditures are much higher!

Now, do you see your money in your hand increasing as your income increases? No?
Is this happening to you now?
Or is it going to happen to you soon?
No matter how much you earn, you would not have enough money in your hand!
That is the reason why statements like these are common:
"I'm working hard, but the only people getting rich are the owners of the company"
"I'm afraid technology or a younger worker will make me obsolete"
"I can't keep working this hard, I'm getting too old for this"
Money in your hand is the money that determines your wealth, NOT how much you earn!
If you STOP working and STOP paying the loans, would your house or car still be yours?
What would you do if someone else is willing to work for half of your salary? What is your job assurance?
Would you be living happily with your family in a tight financial situation?
I don't think so.
We are trapped in the donkey race. When we can get out of the race, WE ARE RICH!
