The Certified Professional Secretary® and Certified Administrative Professional® programs are administered by the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). More than 60,000 administrative professionals have attained the CPS® designation. The CAPcm rating which was first administered in May 2001 has been achieved by more than 1,400 individuals.

- CPS: One-day exam with three parts
- CAP: one and one-half day exam with four parts
