Objective

My goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere for students where they are willing to expand their learning.

Hobbies

As a 33-year-old mother I have many hobbies that today include spending my time with my four-year-old son. I practice guitar and am an avid amateur photographer. I take great joy from creating hand-sewn quilts. In addition I have always received great pleasure from reading and writing. We enjoy attending musicals, plays, festivals, museums, and sporting events.

Attributes

My commitment to the Spanish language has grown through my contact with the Foreign Language Department, Sigma Delta Pi, Spanish Club, and my student teaching experience at Mattoon Illinois High School. My ability to organize helps me to stay on track and on time. Further it assists me in being well prepared. When I am in the classroom I am very focused on the students and the lesson. I am an outgoing, approachable, and creative person.
