The Blue Essence set is done in frames, with Java in tables, lol. Looks nice though doesn't it. :) If you would like to use this set but need some tutoring you may go to About.com for some great tutorials.
If you would like to just do it the easy way, I have included a zipped file with everything you see here. As well as a small tutorial on where to put things.
