i. Killed Forte in epic showdown

i. Killed by Rock in epic showdown
ii. Convinced Rock to kill Wily
c. Wily
i. Tried to stop Rock with elaborate robot

3. Fall of AI (2012)

i. Rose to power as most powerful orginization
ii. Recognised the need for technology, but wanted to avoid another Wily Wars
iii. Continued and enforced ban on the TAI system
