HIDDEN
Just a little child's game
Hidden behind a giant name
I'm stuck behind a self-made wall
Waiting for you to come and call
But I'm hidden so well
Words I say, but never tell
You stay away from this place
You buried it all in a little old briefcase
I've been here forever, it seems
Hidden in my jeans' inseams
Treasures elude my eye
Vibrant as a wacky tie
Such great things are hidden from me
And they're things I cannot see
Or am I hidden from them?
Just a little quandary
Looking for lost boundary
You know you can't stop me
I've just hidden that magic key
If something hidden is hidden again, is it found
Nobody knows, cuz those who have known are drowned
Just a bunch of losers here
Hidden in a case of beer
Trying to be found inside
Everyone knows that I have lied
I've been here forever, it seems
HIdden in my jeans' inseams
Treasures elude my eye
Vibrant as a wacky tie
Such great things are hidden from me
And they're things I cannot see
Or am I hidden from them?
Sitting on a rock, thinking of the past
Sailing cross the ocean at half-mast
Rapid-fire rhymes without the hose
Where this line goes, nobody knows
It's been hidden just like everything
Just like the rarest diamond in a drug ring
You can't keep me from talking
Not until my cell is locking
Just set the trap for myself
Finally saw her hidden self for herself
Is this making sense to anyone but you
What am I to do?  Tell me what to do
I've been here forever, it seems
Hidden in my jeans' inseams
Treasures elude my eye
Vibrant as a wacky tie
Such great things are hidden from me
And they're things I cannot see
Or am I hidden from them?
