HI Reunion Committee members
 
We have a meeting coming up on Feb. 5th at 10:00 AM at the Maritn Luther King Library. Kenneth Cheung will try to scheduling the meeting room and will let me know on or about  Wednesday prior to the meet on the exact location. If we run into to some difficulties in making the arrangement we can have it at my house, I'll let you know.
 
Bob Kavanaugh will be out of town, can I get a volunteer to take the minutes.
 
Some of the items that we should include in the agenda are  some of the following:
 
1. Update on the site location.
2. Review the time line on the prep for the reunion.
3. Food committee report.
4. Breakfast committee report.
5. Review of the event program prepared by Dennis Wong.
6. Establishing a time line for mailings
7. Do want any mementos for the event.?
8. Do we have a project in mine or something to marking the event.
 
Please submit any items that come to mine and I will try to put together an agenda for Steve Kraft or if he is unable at attend for Tom Gallatin to conduct the meeting.
