A Phi O Reunion Committee Meeting

*Make an appointment with Agenda manager on Monday or Tuesday with Fred and Dave and call them back after a confirmation
Review minutes
$537 in general fund
Visona is secured for $328
Motion to reimburse $328 to secure the site, and he will donate $100
Approved
Peeks sent email and letters
*need volunteers to make calls
Spartan Dining on campus
Visiting the campus will bring back memories
No host breakfast

For on-site meal
We could do the labor to save costs
However, it will be nicer if someone else can deliver and serve the food so that all the alumni can relax
During the 1990 Reunion, a few members did all the work in cooking and serving the food and it was tiring
Actives can pick up and serve the food as a service project
Neil, in charge of food at Visona, needs to negotiate 
Need to raise $2000 to cover administrative costs
Invite other chapters

We have the site from 10am to 7pm
Arrive at 10, start at 11
Name Badges
Active President as a MC
Historian Slide show
Need various pictures from alumni to make a display

Front sign-in Booth needs volunteers

Founding chapter was primarily football

Try to limit program to 1 hour

Kenneth in charge of program with info
Ask Phil to store videos in IRC or library
Talk to historian to hold memories for posterity
We need to solicit pictures
Tony Vega obtains a plaque to place in the school

Next date Thursday February 17 at 7pm in MLK possibly room 390 or 392

President Kevin Lowe will speak, but not MC in the event
