A Phi O Reunion Commitee notes

Hi Committee Member
 
Sorry but I was out of town for our original schedule meeting on Nov 10th. I would like to schedule a meeting for Nov 17th if we can get a quorum of member that can attend. Please RSVP either way. If you can make it that is great but list other dates that you could make. Lets try for a Wednesday evening about 7:30 PM we can meet for about a hour. If you can't make the meeting give me other dates that you could fit in. I would like to have as many members as possible. 
 
I received an email from Tom Gilpin that the site at Vasona has been reserved for the 23rd of April 2005. 
 
Some of the notes taken at the last meeting in Oct 16th by Keith Cheung and myself are as follows:
 
Vasona Park was selected as the reunion event site either April 23 or 30th as the best dates.
Suggestions to fill some of the positions in the committee other than Steve Kraft as Chairman and Dennis Wong & Tom Gilpin as Treasurer were as follows:
Vice Chairman---Top Gilpin
Recording Secretary--- Bob Kavanaugh
Program Chairman for event --- Dennis Wong
Decoration Chairman ---Karen Schuberg
Chapter Coordinator --- Bob Peeks
Food for the event --- Neil Ehrenberg
No host Breakfast Chairman --- Dave Gilman & Fred Roettger
 
 
Tony Vega volunteered to draft a letter for soliciting funds to help cover some of the cost of putting on the event. such as mailings. site reservations and other incidental costs.
