11 January 2002 - We are working on getting our shit on MP3.com (among other mp3 sites, again). Very soon, Hatred & Malice and Soulbreak will be on there, but we'll have the rest of the songs up when we record our demo (which is very soon as well). Also, many people have been asking us when the next time that we play a show will be. The answer is simple: we want to play shows just as much as you want to see us (probably more), but there is really no place to play shows around here that is accessible to everyone. If you know of a place that we could play, please tell us, because we have no idea of anywhere right now. We are open for playing anywhere that will have us, which includes clubs, parties, and basically anywhere that will have us.
20 December 2002-Added more pics of the Dave's On Dickson show.
13 December 2002-Added pics of the Dave's On Dickson show.
23 November 2002-I've just changed things around the site i.e. lyrics page & some images. As for more shows in the future, well as of now we want to concentrate on making a couple new songs. If there is an offer for a show we'd gladly take it but until then we are progressing into making new music to the best of our abilities. Hopefully you'll hear some more of us soon.
21 November 2002-The aftermath. The show went great, crowd response was fantastic, some pics will be online shortly & the show was taped so we will make copies to whomever would like one.
17 November 2002- Once again, we just want to remind everyone about the show on the 20th with Vessels of Wrath and Coldstream. We've easily already handed out over 1000 flyers around the NWA area, but we'd just like the repitition to annoy the piss out of you so that you might show up. For more information, go here.
6 November 2002- Added Walker's bio. Rearranged some things. Getting everything in gear for the November 20th show.
2 October 2002- We've began auditioning new singers for the band. Only a couple are in mind but we're still willing to try anyone who's up for the job.
5 September 2002-As you have probably heard over the last few weeks, Jordan Condery has indeed left INGODWETRUST to move to Florida. We are looking for a singer right now, so if you are interested in trying out, please contact us in some way. Please refrain from trying out if you don't live in the NW Arkansas area. In other news, we are working on new material, and also working to replace the lyrics that Condery had written. We have just completed a song (lyrics excluded) that took us a fuck-load of time to write that, for now, is going by the title "Hopeless". Also, we have new lyrics written to "Hollow Eyes" (one of the 2.5 songs that Condery wrote lyrics to), and we have changed the lyrics and name of "Wither" (another of Condery's contributions). The new title for "Wither" is now "Aphelion". While we are at it, we are probably going to change the lyrics to "Soulbreak" as well. For now though, we have lyrics posted to "Hatred & Malice" right here. This has nothing to do against Condery or his lyrics but we thought it was time for a new beginning since he left.
9 August 2002-As of now I'm trying to get the band's mp3's onto Mp3.com so you can download them but I have must hear back from them first. This will definantly help get the ol' IGWT name flying around again & hopefully more & new listeners. We'll keep you posted on what's going on with that little scenario in the future.
2 August 2002-Little update for the few of you that are wondering what the hell happened to us: We are in the process of writing 2 new songs right now that, once we complete them, we will be able to start playing shows again (with a full set of 7 or 8 songs, depending on if we do 1 or 2 covers). However, this process is taking longer than expected (obviously), and we will be lucky to be playing a show before early September. Sorry.
BUT, in November, we are most likely going to play one or two shows in Fayetteville, but we can't say where and with who just yet, because plans are still in the dormant stages. Anyway though, we are busting our asses to get new music, and it may take awhile longer, but we'd rather come up with really good shit rather than slap together the first noises that come out of our instruments. I think that you'd probably agree that to be best.
