Shalica is our foundation mare, foaled in May of 1990. Sired by Battle River Brigham and out of High & Mighty Raquel. Shalica is a dark bay with no white. She has natural hawk action but is not gaited. She is such a sweetheart of a mare. This is the mare that made my husband decided he wanted more.Update: Shalica has been exposed to our smoky black DM Prairie Smoke'N for an '08 possibly colorful foal.

I am very pleased to add Indy toy herd. She is a chestnut mare foaled in May of 2003. Sired by Kickapoo HDC Chief and out of Adiel's Cinnamon. Indy hasa very sweet dispossion and is easy to handle. Indy is bred to the perlino stallion PHPM Lord's Gift Of Gold for an 2008 colorful foal. Indy will start her saddle training this fall.

Kahlua is a 2006 Grulla filly, with a star sand strip. She carries all the markings of a dunn. Kahlua is a daughter of Stormwashed and out of Kings Princess Wildflower. She has a very sweet and friendly nature. We are just thrilled to have her here with us and she will join our brood mare band in the future.

Angel is a red chestnut with no white. Angel was foaled in June of 2003 by Springtown Sundance and out of BBF Shadow Bean. Angel is quiet and easy to get along with. Angel is quiet and easy to get along with. Angel has been started under saddle and is going to be a nice quiet riding mare. Update: Angel has been exposed to our smoky black stallion DM Prairie Smoke'N for a possible colorful '07 foal. Goldie is a gorgeous golden plaomino with a small white star. Goldie was foaled at the end of June 2003 by Springtown Sundance and out of Shalicas Lucky Lady. She should mature to be around 15 hands. Goldie is my daughters 4-H Young horse project. They placed 2nd in 2005 at their achievement day and first in 2006. She has been started under saddle and riden very lightly for the young horse project and has taken very well to the training. Goldie has been exposed to Samuel North fora posible colorful '08 foal. Star is a brown buckskin. She has been color tested by UC Davis and does carry the cream gene. She was born so dark we thought she had to be black. She has a small star on her forhead and thus her nickname. Star was foaled in August of 2003 by Springtown Sundance and out of BBF Shadow Bean. Saddly we lost Shadow to colic when star was just 2.5 months old, thus Star is a little small for her age, but she should catch up. Most resent pictures of Star as a two year old show she is still very dark. Star is such a freindly little girl and loves attention. To view Star's pedigree please click below.
