2) there will be no intentional wrecking of any drivers.Those who try to do
will be ejected from that race and will be givin a very serious fine in points
and possible dismisal of you career in URSA.
3) there will be no jump starting the drop of the green flag in races.Those
caught jumping the start will have to go thru pit road under a green flag
if u dont then u will be asked to leave the race or ejected.
4) each driver will be allowed to submit 2 other paint schemes for speacial
races during the year thats not counting the regular scheme u normally have.
5) there will not be any spam during races.If you call someone names or
foul language will be deducted -10 pts automatically and absolutely no
talking during the race unless u r using "pass high",go low",etc.etc.
this is to let the other drivers drive not read.
6) cautions=when its the yellow flag please slow down and be careful theres
no reason to self spin or wreck someone else because u cant controll your
car.All lapped cars please go high if u are close to getting a lap back,if u
fly thru the feild and try get a lap back and wreck someone u lose all points
for that race and placed on a 2 race probation. Also when we r under
caution please stagger so we dont run each other over and keep from doing
a bone head move,this will help make a cleaner race. Stagger means if u r
in first on a restart 1st pace goes low on the track 2nd place goes high
3rd place goes low 4th place goes high etc.etc..thats means do this around
the entire track under yellow and make sure your like that when we go
green.Be careful dont pass the leader or anyone else until you r passed the
start finish line or u could be caught for jump starting and thats a no no..
7) all dates and times are final thet will never ever change.
8) if you cause bad moves on the track which i call bone head moves u expose
yourself to the feet of the officials for penalty points against you. The
officals will review the entire race and determine who in fact pulled bone-
head moves and will be fined.If you end someones nite because of these
bonehead moves too many times u will be placed on probation which
could lead you to terminate your career in URSA. this wont be tolerated.
9)which person who cant make a race please email me and u will be placed on
as a provisonal first come first serve.the sooner u email me high points u get.
10) the person leading the most laps gets a 5 point bonus, if u lead a lap u get
a 5 point bonus.
11) POINTS goes as followed : exact same as nascar check your game manual it has the points system right in there for you.Nextel chase system will be used.
12) if your connection is 56k and are makin the room bad for the league u will
asked to leave or ejected and given a provisional srry but its not cool.
