Elaine met Richard not to long after High School. She
began working for the phone company, and found her man.
Richard was in the sport of auto racing. From the start,
Elaine was part of the game. Always by Richards side and a
part of the team. Being a wife to someone in such a
dangerous sport, is strength in it self. Who ran this team
? Just ask Winston Cup star, Mike Skinner. It's
true, the Youngblood's were the owners of an open comp.
car that Mike raced back in the day of the California
Short Track circuit.
