STAGE II: Building a Team of Locals
Build a network system of prayer warriors,financial supporters, and co-workers. We are praying for a team of three families to relocate to Lower-East side village and start planting a church for homeless families.
Building team relationships as together we work with new Christians, take pesonality tests, spend time with local leaders to help us build better relationships, and work together in various situations.
Learn and apply strategy from local leaders as the team attends urban conferences, and serve the community at shelters and foodbanks while still serving and being fed through our home church. During the week setting a time aside to praise God together as a team.
Dreaming and visioning together as a team. As a team surveying various areas of the city and learning about various neighborhoods and the churches in the areas. As we survey the area each member will reflect and brainstorm how they can use their gifts for God in various locations of the city.
