History: Austin transferred to the local University after his mother died in a fatal car accident in North Carolina. Before she died she was able to tell Austin that his father lived in Heaven Beach. He packed his things and left the state, when he arrived he soon realized that finding his father was not going to be an easy task. But by a chance meeting with a young man at a town celebration Austin was able to find his father and the family he had longed for as far back as he could remember. With the help, or rather protection, of his younger half brother, Ethan, Austin has been able to become a part of the family. But how long can Ethan protect him until the vultures of the family move in for the kill? Another unexpected event has occurred, he has fallen in love with a beautiful, young woman, Laurie Ruerup. But can they find true happiness together with a stalker (Philip) and mentally unstable friend (Mia) in their midst?
