History: A native of San Francisco, Laurie moved to Heaven Beach to attend the local university, she is a rising junior at the college and is majoring in history. In the fall she met a freshman at the college, Austin Philips and ever since their first encounter she has found herself attracted to him, that attraction turned into infatuation and that infatuation has turned into love. Laurie, however, did not have a fairy tale ending, another woman had caught his eye, Mia Brooks and she was able to lure Austin into her bed. When Mia bragged to Laurie about bedding Austin, she was devastated and vowed never to speak to Austin again. The vow of silence towards Austin did not last long when she found him aimlessly wondering the streets on Thanksgiving of 2003; the two shared a motel room, where they almost made love. After Thanksgiving, Laurie was overwhelmed with emotion and wanted Austin to feel the pain she went through with him and Mia. This is when Philip came into the equation, Philip and Laurie met at the University's library and he became obsessed with her. Assuming he was just a nice guy Laurie began dating Philip, not knowing that all along Philip was stalking her. He has even installed hidden cameras in her dorm bedroom. A simple game of jealous has turned into a dangerous, twisted plot that will all end in the death of one of Intertwined's own. Who will it be? And will Laurie's life ever be the same again?
