Let me tell you about
the Power of Love
It will mold you -
yet it will tear you apart.
It will push you onward
when you fall down
It will test your
willpower and break your heart.
Let me tell you about
the Power of Love
from it men have built
mansions, castles and home.
Women have cried while
their babies were birthed
the true power of
love once again shown.
Let me tell you about
the Power of Love
For it men have left
homes, family and land.
Women have toiled
and labored for their loves
This power called
love no one understands.
Let me tell you about
the Power of Love
It will test your
very soul to see what is real.
It will show you your
faults, your hopes, your truths
It will shun all deceit
and your lies reveal.
Let me tell you about
the Power of Love
It will see if you're
a man or an innocent child.
It will tell if you're
a woman or a foolish girl
It will shape and
mold you into someone worthwhile.
Let me tell you about
the Power of Love
It will demand sacrifice
of body and soul.
But remember the rewards
will greater be
as you watch the Power
of Love unfold.
Let me tell you about
the Power of Love
It will change you
forever throughout the years.
If you never forsake
it or the beloved it brings,
it will embrace your
hopes, your dreams and fears.
Let me tell you about
the Power of Love
This Power called
Love can set your soul free.
It molds, it heals
and if you honor loves' ways
Two remain one through
all eternity.
This
is the Power of Love.
