Sunset
As the sun recedes and day turns to night
The star is cloaked with layers of cloud, thrice.
The first is stretched thick, and hides the sun well
The third is stretched thin and reflects upon thee angelic white-gold light
The one in between, seperated by light sea blue sky
Connects and redeems the average cloud form of "slightly thick line"
In the heart of the horizon of the first misty cloud
Topaz yellow glints and flickers its shade through
It recedes to shades of tangerine orange and electric pink
That gives way to lilac purple and thy shade of purple royal
As time wore on, the shades start to change
From light sea sky and topaz yellow
To dreamy cerulean and darker reddish-orange
And from the orange the following shades changed
To pink to purple and a dark silver grey
That coats the white-gold splendor of angel wings
But it still flashes, adorning the third cloud
And then the Earth seemed to rotate fast and the sun was no more
Vanished to the other side of our waiting world
