Poem!

Mom
I grew inside you mom, for over half a year
I felt everything you felt, your hopes, dreams, and fears
You keep me warm and safe and feed
You cuddle me with warmth, soft baby bed

It came time for me to see you the person, for me who cared
The person who's life for over half a year I lovingly shared
Now we see each other, mom, our hearts swell with pride
I can tell you would always love me, I can see it in your eyes

And I will always love you mom
Till the day finally comes
Through those loving eyes
Which answers to my cries

You taught so much to me
Though you are illiterate
The love and advice you've shown
I bow in appreciation

Your love, your kindness and your caring
Have made me the person I am today
Your triumphs, your mistakes, your sharing
Have always, a place in my memory

For all that you have taught me
The sincerity and love you give
I know, and shall always remember
I will keep to my heart and treasure

Inspite of the difficuties you have to face
Inspite of the preasure you have to race
You still stand strong to give us hopes
Even when times you really can't cope

Sometimes you nag and babble
But still you remain humble
To do the chores willingly
Feeding us all happily

You had a choice.
A choice between two
Freedom or Chores
Yet the family you choose

You work for us without salary
You give us love unselfishly
Yet sometimes we took advantage
Of all the things that we have take

Years upon years of dedication
You gave us all inspiration
Inspite of all the stress
You give us all the best

Moms have a kind of special love
With no limits or so it seems
They're the ones who give us strength
To dream our dearest dreams

Moms have a kind of special way
Of showing how much they care
No matter what we've done in life
No exception, they're always there

Moms have a kind of specialness
That we can hardly understand
That lifts us up, it's valueless
As we grow to be someone

And it's moms who stands by our side
when others drift away
And mom is the one that consoul your heart
When the others call you names

As you ages now each day
I ponder more everyday
Have I spent the time I should have
Gave the best of me which you had?

Have I try to listened with my heart
Saw the way you see?
Have I break your heart
And have you forgive?

Have I love you like you love me
Let you know  that I care
Have I told you like you used to tell me
Felt your love so rare?

Have I thanked Allah today
Smiled a grateful smile
Talked to you about your dreams
Gave that extra mile?

Mother I just want to thank you for being you.
It's the best thing you should do
If it weren't for your friendship where would I be?
If it weren't for you I wouldn't be me

"Thank you Allah," I say for her.
"Thank you Mother," I say to her.
For the greatest gift from God of which you have been send
For the unconditional love that last forever beyond the end

Way beyond any material standards
In which would leave in endless repayment
A love that has unconditionally landed
Is to love Allah for what He has given

The greatest gift one could ever receive
The unconditional love of a mother
How could one not appreciate
The beauty and warmth from the love of a mother?

How could one not respect to the fullest?
Respect what Allah only gives to a selected
Let us all be thankful to the Greatest
And pray for endless happiness for our mother

O Allah forgives my mother if she sins
O Allah guide her to the path of siratul mustaqim
O Allah light her akhirat with Thy mercy
O Allah bestows her jannah for her sincerity

Ameen Ya Rabbal Al Ameen
