Calendario 2002 di City Hunter
Parte Organizzativa
A)Tutti i disegni verranno postati nella sezione del sito della
lista,nelle directory Calendar_General per la versione Generale e
Calendar_Romance per la versione Romance.
B)I disegni potranno essere postati anche sui siti associati
all'iniziativa.I link sono in coda a questo documento!
C)Le persone non iscritte alla mailing list di City Hunter che vorranno
partecipare,potranno rivolgersi a:
1)Titolari dei siti associati
2)Amici iscritti alla City Hunter mailing list
3)I moderatori della lista(lumaca@tin.it ; tatisan@tin.it)
D)Si chiede ai partecipanti l'immediata scelta del mese,via mail
indirizzata o alla lista o al proprietario dei siti associati.L'elenco
dei mesi gia' assegnati con i nomi degli autori potranno essere trovati:
1)Nella sezione database della mailing list
2)Sui siti associati.
E)Nel caso lo stesso mese venga scelto da due persone contemporaneamente
fara' fede la data di arrivo della prima mail.Il proprietario del sito
associato deve informare i moderatori della lista e la lista
immediatamente,ogni volta che c'e' una nuova adesione e postare il
disegno inviato,oltre che sul suo sito,anche nella directory files della
lista,nella cartellina 'Calendar_XXX' in base al tipo di disegno
inviato.Naturalmente tutti i disegni presenti nelle cartelline
Calendar,possono essere presi ed esposti su siti associati per la
votazione.
F)Si accettano anche fanart gia' esistenti,solo se donate direttamente
dagli autori e mai pubblicate su sito internet.
G)Non si accettano disegni originali di Tsukasa Hojo pubblicati su
manga/artbook/animecomic trasformati in calendario.
H)I primi sei mesi devono essere pronti entro e NON OLTRE il 15 dicembre
2001.Tutto il calendario dovra' essere pronto entro e NON OLTRE il 31
Gennaio 2002!NON SI ACCETTANO RITARDI!
I)Per i criteri di divisione,per favore continuate a leggere questo
file,dopo la sezione in inglese.
Parte tecnica
A)Siate precisi,per favore e rispettate la divisione delle directory in
base alle versioni!
B)I disegni dovranno avere come titolo : autore_mese (esempio :
tizia_dicembre).Nel caso che lo stesso autore posti piu' disegni,dovra'
intitolare i lavori : autore#_mese(esempio tizia2_dicembre
tizia3_dicembre e cosi' via).
C)TUTTI I FILE DEVONO ESSERE IN FORMATO .JPG ,compressione al 50%,non
piu' grandi di 150k l'uno.
D)I files NON in formato .JPG o piu' grandi delle dimensioni
stabilite,VERRANNO CANCELLATI IMMEDIATAMENTE!!!
E)I disegni che faranno parte del calendario,saranno scelti tramite poll
eseguito sulla stessa lista di CityHunter e tramite sondaggi sui siti
associati e quindi postati nella sezione files della lista e sui siti
associati,possibilmente in formato 800x600(wallpaper o simile),sempre in
.JPG,compressione al 50%(o superiore),non piu' grandi di 200k l'uno!
F)Nel calendario le domeniche e le feste Nazionali,dovranno essere
evidenziate in un colore diverso da quello dei giorni feriali.Si seguono
solo le festivita' universali,come Natale,Pasqua,Halloween etc...
G)NON includere festivita' tipiche di _una sola_ nazione/religione
,come Ferragosto,Giorno del Ringraziamento etc...
Legal stuff
A)All drawings will be posted to the Files section of the CityHunter
list,in the directory Calendar_General for pictures of the General kind
and in Calendar_Romance for pics of the Romance kind.
B)Eventually drawings will be posted on associated sites!See bottom for
links!
C)People not subscribed to the City Hunter mailing list can partecipate
in the following ways:
1)Contacting the owners of the associated sites
2)Asking a friend who's a member of the City Hunter mailing list
3)Contacting the two list moderators(lumaca@tin.it
; tatisan@tin.it)
D)Partecipants must choose the month immediately,by sending a mail to
the list or to the owner of one of the associated sites.The complete
list of months and authors can be found on the Database of the mailing
list or on the associated sites.If two people ask contemporary for the
same month,the first choice will be given to the mail that arrived
first.
E)The owner of the associated site,must inform the moderators of the
list and the list itself at once,adding the new sent drawing to the
right directory in the files section of the list,depending on the
subject of the picture.Of course owners of associated sites,can take the
picture in the Calendar folders of the list and put them on their sites
for polls.
F)Already exsisting fanarts are accepted,only if donated by the author
and never published on WebSites.
G)Tsukasa Hojo original drawings published on manga/artbooks/animecomics
are not accepted,even if turned into a calendar!
H)First six months MUST be ready within Dec. 15th 2001.The whole
calendar MUST be ready within Jan. 31st 2002.NO DELAY ALLOWED!!
I)For version criteria,please keep reading this file after the technical
stuff.
Technical Stuff
A)Please,try to be careful and to respect directories and versions!
B)Files must be named this way : author_month(example
tizia_december).If the same author uploads more than one picture for the
same month,then the file must be named like this :
author#_month(example tizia2_december tizia3_december
etc...)
C)ALL FILES IN .JPG FORMAT, 50% compression,not bigger than 150k each
D)All files NOT in .JPG format or bigger than requested,WILL BE DELETED
AT ONCE!!!
E)The pictures that will be included in the calendar,will be chosen via
poll on the list itself and via poll on the associated sites and posted
in the Files section of the list and on associated sites,possibly in
800x600 format(wallpaper or similar),50% compression(or higher) always
in .JPG format and not bigger than 200k each!
F)Sundays and National holidays must be in different
colour.Please,consider only universal holidays,like
Xmas,Easter,Halloween and so on...
G)Holidays regarding a single Nation/Religion (ThanksGiving,Ferragosto
etc...)will not be considered!

2)Disegni con soggetto la coppia Ryo&Kaori / Ryo&Kaori couple pictures
3)Disegni con personaggi di altre serie,anche se vestiti da personaggi
di City Hunter/Characters from other series,even if dressed like chars
from CH
