INGREDIENTS
700Gr
White Flour 2 Tea
Spoons of Salt 20 Gr of
Brewer’s Yeast Some more
Flour to Flour A little
Extra Virgin Olive Oil to brush |

1°STEP
Mix your Brewer’s
Yeast with a1 decilitre and ½ of tepid water. Keep it warm for 10-15 minutes
until the mix becomes frothy. Sift the
flour with a big pinch of salt in a big preheated bowl. |

5° STEP
Work
gently the dough again until it becomes soft again. Divide
the dough in 4 pieces. Make a
disk of each piece with the help of a rolling pin. Put each
disk on a baking pan greased wit Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Brush
each disk with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and your preferred topping. Put in oven
preheated at 250° for 15-20 min until your Pizza will be nicely browned. |
