4 GUESTS INGREDIENTS

700Gr White Flour

2 Tea Spoons of Salt

20 Gr of Brewer’s Yeast

Some more Flour to Flour

A little Extra Virgin Olive Oil to brush

 

1°STEP

Mix your Brewer’s Yeast with a1 decilitre and ½ of tepid water. Keep it warm for 10-15 minutes until the mix becomes frothy.

Sift the flour with a big pinch of salt in a big preheated bowl.

 

2°STEP

Mix Brewer’s Yeast compound to sift salted flour with 3 dl of tepid water.

 

 

 

 

3°STEP

Work energetically the dough with hands on a smooth floured table or a pastry board.

Pay attention to work it well alternating pressing and lifting.

Continue working for 10 min. until the dough becomes soft and elastic.

 

4°STEP

Make a round ball with your dough and put it in a bowl greased with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Cover the bowl with cooking film.

Let it stand for 1 hour.

The dough will double its mass.

 

5° STEP

Work gently the dough again until it becomes soft again.

Divide the dough in 4 pieces.

Make a disk of each piece with the help of a rolling pin.

Put each disk on a baking pan greased wit Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Brush each disk with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and your preferred topping.

Put in oven preheated at 250° for 15-20 min until your Pizza will be nicely browned.
