Alterations by the client:
If the client wishes to change the composition
of his or her party, or to alter any arrangements
pertaining to accommodation, or any other
arrangements undertaken on their behalf following
the dispatch of the Final Invoice, a fee
of $25.00 per alteration will be charged
to cover costs incurred.
This does not apply to alterations caused
by published changes to flight schedules
and timing
Cleaning: The apartment is not cleaned daily
but weekly.
Key Collection: Full details of key collection
will be confirmed once final documentation
has been issued.
Responsibility: The owner shall not be liable
for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay
or irregularity that may be caused to person
or property however caused or arising during
the accommodation period.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel
insurance.
No responsibility is accepted in the event
the client has failed to arrange travel insurance.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $200.00
will be charged.
This amount is payable at the time the balance
is made and will be held until four weeks
after the rental property is vacated unless
there are agreed costs.
It will then be refunded in full, unless
their are agreed costs to be deducted or
damages to be compensated.
Otherwise, should any of the equipment or
furnishings in the accommodation being occupied
by the client be lost or damaged, the client
will be required to make immediate cash settlement
with the Owner for any necessary replacement
or repair.
