This is the only painting of the past times I know about this theme.

It's true, it's a sacred representation, and I don't want mix the sacred with the profane...but here Mary looks alike a brave peasant mother, teaching her son the faster way to exterminate the crawling pest...doesn't it deserve an exception ?
